I agree about adding a banana. The last shake I tried, that is what I would do. Now I use the SmartMeals shakes and love them just the way they are.8 oz of water and 2 scoops of powder. It hold me for about 4 hours.

Its better to think small first. That way you get motivated. Maybe the first 10 lbs, jeans you can't get into, That way when you get there, the satisfaction is that much better and makes you want to keep going.

I am the same way. Last time I started by walking. I forced myself to go for 15 minutes, until I increased the time. The DVD's are good for variety once you start a habit. Zumba is fun and I have the 30 day shred too. Its tough but give them a shot. But definately start walking. A friend told me that you have to force…
