I am learning to understand what I am eating. Its kind of scary actually. But, even then the cravings, urges, whatever it is get strong. Will this go away?

Starting over, need more accountability
I am in my mid-30s and more unhappy than ever and what I see in the mirror. An unhealthy woman who has tried over and over again. This time my goal is to start slow and steady. And to look at the nutritional value of what I do. Anybody who can help me or maybe I can help them add me as a friend please.

working out at night
I have always been a night owl. I hate mornings. I spent two months without working to exercise and diet and did get up but now, I find myself slacking. Is working out at night just as helpful? Is there any type that is better for nights so I don't risk not wanting to sleep?

Juggling
Here is where I have a hard time. I work 4 days a week, from 8am-6pm. By the time I get home, it is sometimes 7pm. I have to get food for my husband, try to clean a little and the bed time. How do I rearrange my schedule to fit workout time? Any ideas?

Just starting but, a small success....
I am so happy that I am getting to the point at the gym where I am not gasping for air. I realized it yesterday at the stationary bike. I looked down and thought, "10 minutes, and I haven't need my 10 second break. Go me!" I think little success help get to the amazing big ones I have read. Then again, I may be silly!…

30 day shred
I was only able to do 12 minutes of the shred workout which is not what I wanted. I posted it as high impact aerobic. Does anyone else use this and how do you post? Should I push the whole workout no matter what?

Will the desire to eat junk food, even if your not hungy? I did well eating today but, I get this desire to eat. I fight with my mind and drink water but, is there something else I can try or will time make a difference?:happy:

New and very much wanting support
Hi, a friend suggested this website. I started going to the gym 3 days ago. My problem is since I tend to go alone, (no visual support of friends) I give up. I want to see this work for me this time. Any suggestions? Today I was just testing this and was horrified to see how much I ate and how little I exercised.
