Level 2 Day 3 done! I even felt well enough to do Hip Hop Abs right after! I feel great and I am seeing results which really motigates me.

I'm on level 2 day 2. I skipped the last 3 days of level 1. So far so good. I even noticed improvement in the planks!

I did Level 2 Day 1 today. I like it a lot better than level 1. The moves are much more interesting. I really felt the burn in my shoulders. Planks are rough. Ready to go at it again tomorrow!

Since returning to MFP I have been more conscious of what I eat. Drinking more water is my struggle. I've lost 20 lbs with no change in clothing size. Has me wondering exactly how tight I was wearing my pants. Coming up on 25 lbs now and I think I'll soon drop from 14-12. Waists are big (always have been). Now the hips and butt are falling in line. I was 200 lbs to start.

I haven't had much in the way of soreness; but it didn't even occur to me to increase the weight! Doh!

Level 1 Day 7 done! I think I'm going to do 7 day cycles. I'm going on a cruise 5/25 and want to make sure I get every level in. Plus, i'm in danger of becoming bored with levrl 1 (i still think it's hard and i work up a great sweat) So, level 2 day 1 for me tomorrow!

I'm what they call big boned too. I'd be happy at 160 or 155. The last time I was that weight & in a sized 10 jeans, 14 years ago when I met my husband.

Girly push ups for me. I'm able to do almost all of them, and I know that's an improvement for me. I didn't have too much soreness, but I took the weekend off form 30DS because i didn't want to get bored. I did 6week 6pack and Zumba. It was fun, but I'll start back in tomorrow.

I'm going to resume Day 6 Monday... I did workout. Just wanted to change it up. I do think it's working already though. I'm going to check my measurements again after tomorrow's workout.

I'll be cruising with Disney in 2 weeks. Have already decided to work out hard now and be super conscious of my calories until then,because I plan to enjoy EVERYTHING including the exercise facilities and the food when I go.

I've been doing another 30 min of cardio. Every other day some weight lifting and occasional Zumba.

I love going to the gym with my hubby. As far as increasing your time, it gets to be addictive. Especially when you start seeing results.
