I have. I find that I'm generally pretty satisfied if the calories are from good foods because it takes a lot of them to make 1200 Cal. Of course, before I made this change, I was going all day without eating and feeling like my 2000 Cal meal at mcdonalds or pasta house was ok. Apparently not. Feel much better at 1200…

I guess I do have cravings that I indulge during that time. I also bloat. I continue my usual workouts but I avoid the scale during that time because I have noticed that I can gain up to 7 pounds during that time. Thankfully, I go back to normal within a couple of days.

I'll post my comparison from May. I haven't taken new pictures yet, but I've lost another 10-15 poounds. 15 lbs to go.

That was a pretty ridiculous "visit". They would have been mad at me the first night when they didn't have any dinner. The second night, they wouldn't have made it back into the house. Really, they would have had to make other arrangements in the beginning anyway. I don't do well with last minute freeloading.

I love 30DS. I did it before my vacation back in May and was very pleased with the results. I wore a bikini on the cruise and felt very confident. I'm doing a couple of other videos now, along with jogging, but I'm going to get back to it or RI 30 mid September. Great motivation.

I use my FT7 with all my workouts and have noticed that my burn is usually less than what I would get if I used what comes programmed in MFP. My 75 min Zumba class gives me about 600 calories. I've taken to creating my own exercises if I know I'll be doing it regularly since I'm using the hrm.

So, I'm done with the 30DS after 25 days because we're leaving on vacation. I have lost 6.8 pounds and 13 inches. Neck -.5" Bust -1.25" Chest-3.25" Waist-1.5" Pooch- 1.5" R/L thigh 2" each Before End week 1 End Week 3 Today- end week 4 I'll take it! Doing Ripped in 30 when we get back.

Day 2 done! But, oh the pain!

Day 2 of level 3 today. I haven't had this much pain, aside from my usual knee pain, since I started the Shred. I am very happy with the results! I'm going to have to wrap this up with just 5 or 6 days of level three so I will post before and after pictures on Friday.

Day 1 done for me. The jump moves did it for, or to me. I'm much more sore than I was on level 1 or 2. I'll be done Friday cuz we're leaving on vacation. I think my results will be positive.

Level 2 Day 6 Done!

I'm on day 6 level 2 and feel like the Dvd is quite good. I am losing pounds and inches. Also doing another bit of cardio in the evenings.

I missed today's workout. I'll be up to day 6 level 2 tomorrow. I also do additional workouts dependent on my wok schedule. I have noticed some changes. Abs are flatter, dare I say more toned. Ive also shredded a few inches and pounds. I'll be doumenting my final results a bit early next Friday before I leave to ruin it…

L2D5 done before work tonight... now the question is do I do day 6 before or after I sleep...
