I'm 5'8.5", large-boned hourglass with a 6.55" wrist. I have always been buxon and curvy.

Here is a pic of me at my highest weight. The photo was taken not long after I was diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism (about 5 years ago). I gained about 50 extra pounds in a relatively short time, despite eating healthy and staying active. Here I am at around 250lbs and was wearing a size 18W or 20. I don't think I kept any 'full body' shots, around that time! I was so unhappy.

...and here I am today in a 14/16 (38DDD). I still want to lose another dress size or two. (My goal is a size 12/14.) I realize that, even when I reach my goal size, I'll still be considered "plus sized"... I don't really care as long as I'm healthy and happy with the way I look. :-)

I disregard the scale and only weigh myself once every few months to make sure I'm eating enough for my weight, and to keep my HRM measurements accurate. I run and Zumba 4-5 times a week, eat back my exercise calories, and am getting stronger and healthier by the day! YAY!

The idea that 12/14 is "plus sized" still seems silly to me, but then again I suppose I like women to be curvy. I personally thought that you were striking in your before picture, looking great currently though!

I have a large frame and heavy bone structure (doc said so) and have my pre-pregnancy pics! If you go to my profile you can see them! :) I love my body when I am at my thin weight! Lots of curves! Being hefty does not constitute large frame so unless you've been told by a doc that you have a large frame please stop using it as an excuse, it ticks us girls off who really do have a large frame...

You all look fabulous! I don't know whether or not I have a large frame. It says I'm between small and medium, but I am 181lbs, a size 10 jeans, 5'6", and I can already see my ribs slightly (not in a totally unhealthy way, but more of a "i have less fat there" way).

According to my doctor, I have a large frame. I'm not sure I agree, but here are my before/after shots.

I'm 5'9". The photo on the left, I'm right around 200 lbs. The photo on the right is around 145 lbs.
