  • My secret weapon is freeze dried Strawberry Slices or freeze dried apple sliced. At the grocery store here they're under the brand name Crunchies. The entire bag of strawberries is about 100cals....

  • If you have a HuHot mongolian grill near you, they're awesome if you get the right stuff. Stay away from the Garlic Oil but go for the Mean Bean Garlic sauce, yakisoba noodles and the chicken. Their nutrition facts are up online and in MFP. The only concern for me is the sodium.

  • I can't stand cardio workouts (i.e. my Couch to 5K workouts) in the evening after work. I only do them if I have no other choice. I feel so sluggish from the day and food.
