You can really tell! Well done! I have lost 24lbs, and haven't changed in clothes sizes, or much in measurements, so any change is a massive bonus! Keep doing what you are doing, its obviously working!xx

Hi, I started it 3 days ago, am really enjoying the meal plans (and we are preparing for fertility treatment, and the plans fit really well with the recommended nutrition!). A support group would be a great idea! Rachel x

Mine is open - sometimes I like the way my dairy looks, other days I don't eat as well, but I don't feel too bad about it. It's a long journey, so I don't worry about the odd bump in the road!

Really?! Ooh, am quite proud of myself now! Haha! I am trying to do something everyday, at the moment its mainly exercise DVDs, but I am starting Pilates in the next couple of weeks, and will have daily access to an outdoor pool, so (when its sunny out!) I will be able to swim. Thanks for having a look for me!x

I bought it today! Was reading on here somewhere about the 30 Day Shred, but they didnt have it when I went to the store, so got this one instead. Starting it tomorrow - will also take my measurements so I can track progress. Bit scared as i am not that fit, but this will definitely help!
