Egg beaters microwaved in a mug with some cajun seasoning and a slice of low fat swiss on a whole wheat bagel thin with more then one cup of coffee .. 212 calories I'm still not thrilled about my breakfasts but they are moderately filling and ok.

I LOVE BAGELS but would eat up too many calories for me early in the day. I have been doing the bagel thins (adequate but I wouldn't call it an actual bagel :laugh: )) If you have the calories to spare.. I say enjoy your food!

Well I did it for years and was healthy, worked out and felt good. Actually your diet reminds me very much of Atkins. When you are eating so low carb, your body goes into ketosis and your hunger does disappear. It's one of the perks of the diet (if you are always hungry). But also is something to fight. I know it sounds weird, but healthy carbs might be good to add some balance.

Yea.. they would mention a marathon if they were having one. With the new trainers and the end of Bob and Gillian :cry: I think they did enough to shake up a season. And did anyone else think those makeovers were AWFUL? I usually love that show!

When I was successful doing Atkins I kept my net carbs between 25-30 a day AND made sure I had my 2-3 cups of green veggies daily (FIBER NEEDED)..

I had a fajita sized tortilla wrap with an egg substitute scramble and a slice of light swiss. Not the most exciting breakfast but 170 calories and surprisingly filling. With coffee and 1/2 cup of milk.. calories = 210

I really get it.. it changed your mental image of your accomplishment but it shouldn't.. You lost 22 lbs! Don't lose sight of that!!!

Your diary is hidden so its hard to guess. Have you been following the calorie goals suggested on this site? Eating back some of your workout calories too?

I have heard a true plateau is 5 weeks with absolutely NO weight OR inches lost. I.e, sometimes we lose weight but don't feel it in our bodies... sometimes the body is shrinking (catching up) even when do do not see a weight/lb loss.
