  • OOh, Take it easy. What everyone says is true. Another trick is to weigh your self at the same time each day. That way if you tend to retain water in the afternoon it doesn't look like a drastic jump from a morning weigh in the night before. :-)
  • I find my mind can overpower my tummy so I had to first believe that some foods were 'satisfying' so I wouldn't follow them up with something else. Right now I appreciate carrots,I can eat a half a small bag and then not want to eat at all afterwards. I also like the Imagine soups. Some are only 90 calories a cup! I use…
