not accurate, it doesn't even count your height... well...maybe it's just for everyone to feel better about themselves. :)

Ugh! so sorry to hear that!!! He's such a dbag......please don't take it to heart, I heard first person you meet on dating sites never works out >_<
-
such a sweet story, and well said! Glad he's better! Hopefully one day I'll have the love you two share with someone special. :D
-
huge difference in 24 days! Nice :D

sigh, me too...I'm pear shaped so pants really don't compliment me well. (unless I wear super high heels or whatever) I love dresses and skirts though, embrace the thin waist! :)

took a look at your diary, on the days that you log, your sodium is always very very high. Sodium makes human body contain water, so it might be water weight you are holding? Just a personal input.

Can't see your diary so don't know exactly how to help, but think this way -- you lost 12 lbs in your first month, right? Congrats!! It's a long journey, stick to it and you'll see a difference. good luck

Amaaaaaaazing!!! :D

So sorry to hear about your grandma! :( Don't binge! It won't make you feel better after. I was a stress eater...but a quote that helped me through a lot is "Face your stuff, don't stuff your face!" It feels numb and good for 2 seconds. If you have to eat, log everything so you have a clear mind when you get back on track.…

ALL. THE. TIME. "chubby", "thick thighs", or sugar coats it as "strong legs"....ugh :(

why is it you "shouldn't be" gaining weight? What's your eating/exercising routine? more info will be helpful. also, motivation is key, you gotta find it!

Face your stuff, don't stuff your face. Anything worth having, is worth fighting.
-
maybe try a green juice? It's yummy and easy to digest I usually put: kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, green apple, maybe some pine apple or other sweeter fruit if on hand. good luck!

sorry to hear you went through that, and also congrats on your weight loss. Keep it up! about your sister, I think she's trying to use her way to motivate you. it's better than those family who doesn't care about your health, and stuff junk food in your face, right? Maybe there is a better way for her to deliver her…

I think you are very pretty, but if you don't want to be a "beach whale" like you said, that's the motivation right there. If you think your goal is worth having, it is worth fighting for. I find an interesting audiobook is awesome for the gym. I only allow myself to listen to it in the gym when I'm working out, so…

wow, you look just gorgeous, great job!

really great job! :D

Congrats on the baby! I'm not in the same position but my friend was, she had a healthy baby and lost a little weight. She told me that when you are pregnant, don't try to focus on "lose weight", but focus on "eat healthy" for you and the baby. She also swims, so mild exercise is recommended. good luck! edit: typo

so what's the problem? Seems like a good day to me, under calories and fixed craving. Yay :)
-
Wow...great job! You look stunning

Of course other protein rich food is important, but I love my protein powder. Quick, easy, can add to most shakes/smoothies, taste good (rich chocolate flavor is my favorite and it stops my sweet craving), you can trust and be sure it has low carb, low sodium and very high in protein. You name it.

I say to myself "Face your stuff, don't stuff your face."
