How do you count 30 day shred calories?
Hi guys! I'm staring my 30 day shred TODAY! Just finished it, very tired but excited about the changes my body gonna make. Hope I can keep it up. One question though, how do you guys count your calorie burn after this 20 minuts work out? I couldn't find it in the MFP database. Thanks!

Hi guys, I'm going to Miami in 2 weeks, and I desperately need quick exercise or diet tips to get in shape for wearing bikini!
