Hi guys! I'm staring my 30 day shred TODAY! Just finished it, very tired but excited about the changes my body gonna make. Hope I can keep it up.
One question though, how do you guys count your calorie burn after this 20 minuts work out? I couldn't find it in the MFP database.
Thanks!

I wear a heartrate monitor and record the calories it tells me (usually 200-240-ish). People who don't have a heartrate monitor usually log it as 20 minutes of 'circuit training, general'. Gives a pretty close estimate although nothing is as accurate as using a HRM with a chest strap.
Good luck - its a great workout and you will see results. Be sure to take some measurements before you start b/c that's where people see big differences.
ETA: yikes, sorry for the original typos, darn you autocorrect.0 -
