I just made one and it was really yummy. I made this every night!:love: 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa powder 1/2 Tbsp Honey 1 package Sweetener 1/4 Tsp Vanilla extract All heated in my tiny sauce pan. Total of 95 cals!

hun, you are eating TOO FEW cals. I've been on MFP for a year, the first 3 month I limit myself to 800 cals/day, I lost a few pounds super fast, but gained it all back after I became obsessed and binged. So eat at least 1200 cals/day, at least! And eat back exercise calories! Read a few "top" posts on the forum, really…

Try eat more "whole food" like fresh veggie and fruits, also stay hydrated so the sodium won't weight you down. Good luck on your journey, you can do this! :D
