every morning! I tried to weigh myself once a week, but how can you resist when the scale is right there?? lol

feeling puffy is always one of my problems, my legs could look thinner in the morning, and by afternoon they'll look bigger. And so is my face. So annoying!! is it because I drank too much water? or ate salty food? I'm not sure what's going on :(
