I've been doing that minus the salsa and I'm quite satisfied. When not dieting...I LOVE Hidden Valley Ranch! Yum!

I'm starting it tomorrow. It does recommend you have hand weights...not sure how much they get used since I'm only starting it tomorrow...but...you'll need those and 'a mat if you are exercising on a hard surface' according to the DVD's back cover! LOL

I was also thinking of getting this. I've been doing Insanity but it's truly not for me. Way too much impact on my knees with all of his jumping! Shaun T is crazy - which is probably why Insanity is INSANE! LOL Had heard somewhere that the 30 day Shred was milder than Insanity. Input???

If you are doing the INSANITY workout...you'll want a rest day. I'd still recommend walking or doing yoga, definitly get a good stretch in on your rest day!!! Thanks! Like I said, I did get through 4 weeks of it last summer but hopefully this time I can get through the full program. Plus this time I plan on dieting as well as doing the INsanity. We shall see...
