For me, the adage “You gotta want it” rings true. Rather “you gotta need it”. You have to be in the right mindset to get where you need be. Do it for you, do it for your SO, but use what motivation you need. I have found doing it for ME, is not enough. My daughter is a great motivation though.

I just restarted 2 weeks ago after dealing with depression for several months. I’m dealing with tremendous success in the beginning two weeks but may need help keeping it going.
