I made it through Level two last night without stopping. And I really rocked out those high knees. I thought I was going to die but I did it and I was so proud! I made it through the first cardio segment without getting out of plank position. Sometimes I had to do the modified version but I still did it without stopping!

I use both 5 lb and 3 lb. I use 5 lb for most of it but I use the 3 lb ones on the moves that are too tough. I find if I try to use the 5 lb for the more difficult moves I'll lose my good form and strain myself.

I'm not on birth control so I'm pretty sure this is a full blown period. And tmi but I don't think I've ever been so heavy before. With my first I didn't breastfeed, and I got pregnant 5 months after I had her so I didn't even get thte chance to lose her baby weight.

My HRM reads about 350 cal burned a hour. I know I push myself hard, and I use 5 pd weights, when I use 3 pd weights I don't burn as much. And I'm drenched by the end. So I'm asking does that seem like too many calories burned, could by HRM be off?

I start week 3 on Wednesday. Two more days of week 2, I'm so ready to move on. I might take tomorrow off tho since it's my birthday and I start babysitting tomorrow, so that will be four kids! So a 4 yr old, 2 yr old, 15 month old, and a 7 month old. Lol that be a workout in it's own!

The feeling hungry all the time will go away eventually. Mine went away about a month ago. And also make sure you drink a ton of water sometimes u feel hungry when you are just thirsty.

Completed week2day2 today. It was easier then yesterday but I still hate the first round of cardio. I can wait to get to my halfway point and check measurements. I feel like I'm getting smaller already. Happy birthday juliane!

Hey ladies! Could I join ? I've been meaning to join a support group but just haven't yet. I started week2 today and burned 375 calories! I use a HRM and let it run during the warmup and cool down. Btw, I really hate plank moves lol

He really doesn't do anything that bothers me. Except when he cuts me off when he asks me a question. But I do tons of **** to get on his nerves. I do it on purpose it makes me laugh. I just started my 2nd round today. :) I love it. I got good results and lost an inch almost everywhere except my arms :( I used 3 pd weights the first time and will be using 5 pd this time

Just finished my first day of week one today! It was still tough lol the running man still killed me. I thought it woukd be easier since ive already done it once. Guess not lol Foxy I'm using 5 pd weights this time. I used 3 pd the first round. And it is harder then the shred but u get better results

i read that you burn about 100 calories for every 10 mins on a treadmill or elliptical for a 145 pd woman. and thats if you are pushing yourself. Everything is really an estimate anyway unless you have a heartrate monitor
