  • I just saw my doctor today, because I suspected I was diabetic...(yep, tests confirm) My triglycerides are high (306) and my Good cholesterol was low (20). So the doc told me to start taking Omega 3. He said I need 2 grams 2x's a day...I found the fish oil 1000mg, so I have to take 2 twice a day....:) I'll keep you posted…

  • Ok, I was looking over the daily challenges again, and am curious.... the "cups" of water...is that Cup as in measurement, or as in like "8 Glasses" of water?? Either way I have met both challenges for today, I have had my 8 glasses of water, and messaged (and heard from) both of my teammates! :)
