Thanks everyone! I am hoping that after lifting today I'll feel perkier! I always feel MUCH better after a workout! Thanks for the encouraging words. It's just so hard. I won't have to take those pictures again for another month when I compare them. So hopefully there will be some differences by that point. We'll see!

YES! I am eating at TDEE for 4 weeks and then cutting back 15% of TDEE. If you are interested more on the Eat More theory we have a group on here too. It's been a life changer for me!

YES!!!! That's me!!!! I stopped WW not longer after they did the PP system. I just wasn't motivated by it anymore and wasn't getting anywhere after eating such low calories for so long. Definitely read up on the stickied posts on this board. It's been a life changer for me already.

Isn't it crazy? Same thing here! I do not binge at all or crave those things. And can still have a cookie or two at night and not feel guilty!

You have been a huge inspiration to me! You have no idea! Thank you so much for giving me hope! I seriously felt like I would have needed to just starve myself to lose any weight. Nothing else was working. I can't tell you how much better I feel already! I can't wait to finally have my life back and feel confident again.

I know I've probably said this before, but I just feel so FREE and amazing right now! I've been upping cals for about a month, but only 1 week into reset as of tomorrow.

Well I survived today with other guys working out in my area. I felt totally cool as a cucumber. And I did kind of feel like a badass doing my deadlifts! And I felt it pretty good in my back. Felt great! On the lunges with NROL are you supposed to do 15 reps for each leg, then another 15 each leg? I just did 15 walking…

I've always loved back workouts, so I have a feeling I'll like the deadlifts too! We'll see! I just hope I find the right bar. I'm pretty sure I know where they are. LOL

If you go to bodybuilding.com they have a ton of really great powders and they give you customer perks all the time. I really like that chocolate peanut butter made by Syntha. I've also used Jillian Michael's Chocolate Whey. It's cheap and tasty, but around the same grams you have now.

That is hilarious!!! I did 15 lbs with my step up! So don't feel wimpy! LOL. I think I'll up to 20 next time. I just feel like they are judging me and thinking "Why is she doing that?" I need to get over it. I do Day 2 in about 30 minutes! I'm nervous about the deadlifts.

You would have to modify quite a bit to do it at home, in my opinion. But if you have dumbells, bars, weights, etc. at home, then you should be fine.

I'm sure they do! LOL. I think it would bother me less if there were MORE people there, but when I go on lunch there are maybe a handful. Since my husband is on nights all week, I've been needing to go at lunch because of our daughters.

Not a waste at all. Now you have the right tools to improve everything. I just started Phase 1 this week. Today is workout 2 for me! I like it so far.

I am not weighing myself until my reset is over, which will be June 30th! Then I'll be cutting just in time for my 4th of July vacation.
