  • Wow. That helps a lot. Maybe I don't look as pudgy as I think I do, and maybe my GW is too skinny. . .just a thought. I think I'd rather be toned and weigh more, then skinny and still have that mom pudge :)
  • Me too! Age 23 SW 147lbs Now 144lbs Goal 130ish (already down from after baby weight of 150)
  • Haha! I do this all the time!!! When I was still in school, and I needed to cash my checks from work, I would always say "Mom can we go check my cash?" Every single time!! I still catch myself saying it and many many other mixed up words.
  • Thank you so much! I make a great (but not healthy) banana blueberry bread, and now I can just swap for this recipe instead!
  • If it doesn't get any better, I will def go to the doctor. But I'm still paying for the last visit with my stomach that they found nothing wrong with, and am still having issues with.
  • I thought about the rebound thing too. But I haven't taken any medicine for over a week, until today.
  • I think they're migraines, and I take excedrin tension headache to dull them, and excedrin migraine if it's really bad, but it puts me to sleep. I love the chiropractor, but I don't have time to go like I wish I did. Maybe I'll have to make time. And thanks for the electrolyte tip, I didn't know that!
  • It must be that kind of day, Baby Owen is the 3rd person added to my prayer list just today for medical reasons :( Hang in there Baby Owen, we're all praying for you and your family!
  • Hi Chris! We're neighbors :) We live in Kokomo and my hubby works in Indy. This site has helped me so much, I love it. Shoot me a friend request if you want!
  • LOVE yoga! I haven't been doing yoga as regularly as I used to, but I just started doing P90X's Yoga DVD and I love it! My poor hubby even tried it and ended up just laying on the floor, lol. I think it can def help with your weight loss. I'd love to join a class, but we just don't have the funds or time right now, so it's…
  • I just wanted to say how much I absolutely love this post!
  • Artificial sweeteners can def cause unwanted bloating (weight) and a lot of other things. I think in moderation, just like everything else, it's ok. And like you said, it's in everything! but 1/2c splenda to a 1/2c oats is no better than putting a little real or brown sugar in.
  • aw, sucky :(

  • I purposely do not have a working scale in my house for this reason. I weigh myself once a week when I go to see my dad, and that is it. If a sneak a a brownie (or ten) I'm not running to the scale the next day to see the damage. I have a really hard time with the same kind of things. I get into these moods and think I…
  • I've switched to Healthy Life, it's only 35cal a slice! It's pretty good, and the slices seem thinner so you can actually focus on what you're putting on it, then how much bread you're getting ready to eat. I get my favorite sandwiches from some fast food places and then just switch out the bread when I get home, it saves…

  • Thanks guys! Tha helped a lot! We worked for 4-5 hours and they calorie burn was massive. I don't feel so bad for what we had for dinner last night now!
  • I too have the dreaded desk job. But it sounds like you're doing great things to counter-act it. I work at a car dealership, and I will find as many excuses as possible to walk across the lot as many times as I can.
  • I'd rather my regular strap show than those god-awful clear ones, and they're so uncomfortable! I understand that sometimes "the girls" need straps for extra support though! lol
  • Lean cuisine has always made me sick to my stomach, so I try to stay away from them, But I thought the ones I tried sure tasted good going down :)
