I've eaten an hour before, 30 min, 15 min... everything. My stomach is upset on a daily basis (but I never get sick). I've went to the doctor and they haven't been able to tell me anything.

You could count it. But it will be hard to determine the amount of calories that you burn unless you have a heart rate monitor. I would just try to do it at least 2 or 3 times during the day. Something is better than nothing at all.

I agree. If you want it, have it! Just choose a healthier option of it. I crave icecream or brownies, a lot, but I get reduced fat brownies and opt for frozen yogert or sherbert instead.

I have them from being preggo. I used to call them my tiger strips, but I get more comfortable with them all the time! Thanks for posting, my hubby agrees! :)

I did level 1 for about 8 days and then bumped it up to level 2. And I try to breath as correctly as possible :)

Not entirely sure how to answer your question...but I love Japanese food, especially sushi :) I would check out some Japanses restuarant websites and see if you can find any nutritional info, that way you at least have a better idea before you go

I use sugar free vanilla creamer and generic truvia, they have all kinds of sugar free or low fat/fat free creamers

Oreos have to be my biggest vice. I can't keep them in the house because I'll inhale half a bag in one sitting! My other biggest weakenss is pasta, I've cut my portions way down, but I'll never be able to really get rid of it, and I'm perfectly ok with that :)

I just started it last night, after my 20 min treadmill time, and it kicked my butt. But I loved it! I'm paying for it today, but I know I just have to keep pushing through it. I know that it's really going to help tone me up where other things aren't. I can't wait to see some results!

I was kind of wondering the same thing. I did my 20 min on the treadmill about 30 min before I did 30 DS, and I could def tell! I think that doing something extra wouldn't hurt :) Especially if you added more strenght training or something like yoga to help stretch you out

I'm glad I saw this! I just started it last night, and I can barely sit down to use the bathroom, lol! I was nervous about today, but I know it's worth it!!! I don't have any weights right now so I used two jars of fruit :)

Work out again and drink plenty of water. It'll help work the acid out of your muscles that are causing the pain.

I'm working on baby-weight too! But mine has been around for just over three years lol My prebaby weight was probably around 125, but that's because I was going to the gym all the time and taking diet pills :( I'm already halfway to my goal though! You just have to stick to it, MFP has helped so much!
