  • I don't have before and after pictures YET - but today is my first day back and I am ready to beat this weight thing in spite of myself. I am almost 60 and need to get some of this weight off.
  • Feel free to add me to your support group - I have not been doing this long, but it does seem to help and I have lost 4 lbs. in about 6 weeks.
  • I am not that tall, but need to lose a lot of weight - I am much older than you but would love the encouragement. Not many people I know use this and I could use the support. Best of luck to you

  • I have just started so I am definitely no expert, but the Weight Watchers program suggested once per week. I plan to start there and see what happens. I also have heard that it is encouraging to record your measurements. Often you can be losing inches and not pounds.
