Well, I won't be doing Body Beast (I'm currently doing Insanity), but I was thinking about getting it for my teenage sons (18 and 15). Both of them have been skinny all their life, both serious football players, both have a hard time gaining weight, and the younger one is super serious about lifting.

I love me so Zumba, but for me, my core fitness comes from doing P90X because they combine strength training with different cardio workouts and Yoga and Stretch workouts for flexibility. I use Splenda because I like that the best for coffee. I really only use it in my morning coffee, so I'm not too worried about the fact that it isn't the BEST option.

I like buying the big bag of organic brown rice and now quinoa. This is not health food, but the mini chicken cilantro wontons are fantastic. I make them with edamame and oriental vegetables and it's a great and filling meal. I have just recently tried the Kirkland whole grain bread (comes 2 in a pack). It's delicious.

Too much protein and not enough fiber could maybe contribute to the bloat. Are you getting at least 25g of fiber a day?

If you don't have a HRM you can use zumbacalories.com and just manually add Zumba in exercise. I had to add Zumba.

Finding something you love to do. I love doing Zumba, so for me, cardio is the easy part. I know that strength training is very important and will have a lot of benefit, but unfortunately, it is harder for me to do sometimes.
