I pre-plan my meals and kind of leave snacks/desert open till I see what exercise I actually get for the day or plan for the day. It's been very successful for me.

If you are noticing what others are doing maybe you are not focused enough. Unless sweat is hitting me in the face, or music is excessively loud, or someone falls on the treadmill, I don't notice it or get bugged by anything. I am there for me, not to people watch.

I hope your daughter feels better real soon! I am on day 8, rest day. The squats are helping my knees to feel stronger, that I am sure of and the squats are getting easier to do. I am loving this challenge!

I agree it does taste sour. I don't eat it by itself, plus it usually contains a lot more calories than a regular yogurt. But I do use it for recipes as a replacement.

A little of both. He is a distance runner and I am not, yet ;) So that, no we don't do. But we do yoga, fitness video's, gym, other activities like rock climbing, together.

Love it! Hubby and I have something like this on our fridge. It's fitness, nutrition and anything else we want to achieve.

Welcome to MFP! My husband and I are working together to change our bad habits. He is not on MFP, but we work on the nutrition part together and we are really active and work out together. We have set some goals together, a triathlon, a climb (mountain). It's brought us even closer together than we were before.

My rest day is usually Sunday because that is when my husband and I usually have the most time together. I use Sunday rest days as Yoga/Meditation days, Hatha Yoga for stretching the tired muscles. Pre-meditation I do Ananda Yoga I have found yoga to help with strength, endurance, recovery and balance.
