I am totally in this with you 100% I have put on about a stone since April and just from eating things that I know I shouldn't eat. So joined the gym a couple of weeks ago and have been going 4 times per week so I'm happy with that. But I think I was eating more as I was exercising more so now it's time to do something…

My mistake BMR is 1528 and TDEE is 2168

Thanks for the replies. MFP gives me 1200 as a goal but to be honest taking into account my body type etc I think that is too low. BMR for me is over 1800. At the moment I'm aiming for 1500 with a 1200 net so aiming to gain 500 cals at least from exercise. It's a mine field!

I tried Turbofire tonight and really struggled with the coordination. I always thought I was good at coordination but by god that proved me wrong!
