Just out of interest what do you all burn at a one hr spin class? I've wore my (recently purchased HRM, chest strap included) to 3 spin classes so far and ended with 950cals, 750 and 900 again. Maybe I should save for a more expensive HRM?

Spin classes give a great calorie burn and my fitness has improved mega! I clock up 900+ calories burn in an hr! Just a suggestion if u wanted to try something different :smile:

Rice cakes! only 26 calories each I put cheese spread and cucumbers/tomatoes on them or even choc spread and raspberries, Mmmmmmm!

Just made this yesterday: Slow cooker salsa chicken Chicken breasts (for how ever many people) jar of salsa (hotter the better for me!) Does ur gym offer classes? I do a mixture of classes: step, spin, body pump, kettlebells... Classes def motivate me to push a little harder whilst mixing it up keeps it interesting! Good luck:smile:

Check out FitnessBlender, they are on Youtube and their own site. Lots of workouts for the butt, Brazillian Butt Lift is my fave, check it out only 1/2 hr workouts and some are less :) Happy Squatting :)

Smeared onto Rice Cakes and then add cucumber or tomato! Add a little honey to it and pumpkin seeds or raisins, or any fruit - strawberries or pineapple is my fave. Mmmm! Love me some Greek yogurt aswell :)

I can be like this too. I think it is my monthly cycle, i'll hold onto weight for a few wks then the week after my cycle I can lose up to 3lbs in a week. The body is a weird but wonderful thing!

Fitness Blender workouts are fab! Im not following the 8wk plan but if their workouts are anything to go by im sure its great. Why don't u make up ur own plan using their workouts.
