Yea I just saw this but everyone pretty much already hit on the nose it's more than likely something involving your breathing. If not though and it continues after you try to correct it I would definitely consider seeking a physicians opinion.

I always say this I mean I still have pics of me when I was 250+ but it would have been nice to have real shiritless progress pics to compare with. Oh well, it all just started so quick!

I'm typically drawn to brigher colors but those black ones are definitely really nice! Sorry if that wasn't much help haha

I've been craving mac and cheese lately as well! Definitely will need to give this one a try, thanks!

Love this, always looking for new MFP friends for continuing motivation feel free to add that goes out to anyone! God Bless

This is amazing I had a 60 lb weight loss but this makes me feel like I accomplished nothing (and thats actually an odd/good feeling) congratulations to you and keep it up!! You look F'in fantastic keep hitting those weights you've even got some great muscle definiton coming in! Sky's the limit my friend!

You certainly wouldn't lose more however if you are still steadily losing while eating exercise calories back then continue to do so until you hit a plateau. That way you have a way of continuing the weight loss (stop eating the exercise calories) without having to reduce your actual calorie intake just be careful that…

To be completely honest they do not, although fiber may aid in giving you a fuller feeling than other types of carbs. In regards to weight loss specifically it will only come down to how much you're taking in as opposed to how much your putting out. If you're in a deficit you will lose weight if your in a surplus you will…

For starters congratulations on the loss quite impressive if I do say so myself. Second of all, looking at this from the other side I'd say I'm dealing with somewhat the same thing (but not exactly haha) I mean that I find myself somewhat nervous when it comes to approaching girls because I'm so used to being that…

Absolutely incredible you should feel amazing!!!!

Graduated 07 weighing roughly 255 and currently sitting right around 175.5 lbs.

I have some as well has gotten much better with time not much else you can do unfortunately!

MFP allows you to eat into your "exercise" calories when you log them. So it will add more to your daily calories, I for one when dieting never log exercise (or at any time for that matter) just to avoid the problem completely. If you're just starting weight loss it may be beneficial because you can stop eating into your…

I do daily just because I feel like it makes you hold yourself more accountable overall. Over a week you can fluctuate quite a bit and make up for bad log days. Just make sure the time of day that you do it is very consistent so you're getting accurate readings each time.

20 lbs is drastic but there are a lot of factors that could have played into why it was so high on that particular day. You may have over eaten the day before and been holding a lot of water when you weighed in there's been days where that's made a 4-6lbs difference in my weight. So dont let one bad weigh in get you down…

The glycemic index is completely irrelevant do some real research not information found off google.
-
If you really enjoy sweets/sugars/"junk" food (I hate that word) then just incorporate them into your daily goals. In the summer while dieting I was eating half a carton of ice NIGHTLY and losing weight while doing so. Sugar is irrelevant in regard to weight loss not to mention we all eat more sugar than we think…
-
Sugar doesn't make you fat, eating too many calories makes you fat. Plain and simple.
-
Disregard it if your only concern is maintaing or losing weight you can be over any of the "suggested" macronutrients and it will make no difference so long as you don't exceed your daily maintenance or deficit levels for calories.
-
Honestly the whole debate on "healthy" and "unhealthy" is out of hand. I'm a 100% believer in the idea of, a fat is a fat, a carb is a carb, and protein is protein. Regardless of where you're getting them from, my honest opinion is that companies create these "healthy" type snacks in order to get people to pay more or even…

Unsweetened almond milk 35 calories a cup and in cereal you can't taste one bit of a difference I love it.

I have a recipe posted for protein peanut butter cups you can adjust the amount of protein powder used to fit your daily requirements. I make them every night and they're extremely delicious and great for filing protein needs.

Congratulations x10004808548 you look incredible, keep it up I can't even imagine the feeling of accomplishment you must have for yourself!!
-
The two programs are nearly identical if you look at it. WW your basically counting calories broken up into "point" form and MFP your just watching your calories in vs. individually.
-
For starters the lifting is wonderful especially for someone trying to reduce belly fat, since it's known that one cannot "spot reduce" fat in any specific area of the body, weightlifting overall will help tighten your whole body in general. HIIT is also great as it is incredible for core condition which also will aid even…

uahgiuaerhgujhejiot!!!!! Incredible you should be so proud of yourself, probably gives you that "I can conquer anything I put my mind to" kind of mentality. Good for you!

LOL at the quick add 4k in calories, but seriously may not be the worst idea....
