Same issue. I noticed it for the first time last night. The calories and macros will be correct, but the product name will be something completely random.

You sound ready and you will not fail. Also, you have no control over anyone but yourself; therefore, you cannot cause anyone else to fail. Don't take that burden onto yourself. If they fail, THEY fail; it won't be because of you. You can do this! It sounds like you really want it, but you will need help. You've overcome…

Try flavored seltzer. It's bubbly and has no artificial sweeteners.

One other possibility is that you just read it wrong. Since your scale is not digital, that would be easy enough to do.

I'm honestly scared for you. You may feel great now, and you may be losing weight, but I am concerned for the long term effects. You may lose too much lean muscle mass, and that will seriously screw with your metabolism. In addition, when you are ready to start eating food again, you may not be able to do so. When I was in…

I've been overweight my whole life. I was the chunky kid in school; you know the one...the one nobody wants on their team. I kept my nose in a book most of the time, just so I could be invisible. Now, whenever I start to really lose weight and get close to my goal, I start making bad choices and putting weight back on. I…

Try quinoa instead of rice. It's not bad, and the texture is similar to rice. Maybe have a sweet potato instead of a white potato....

My daughter had terrible anxiety attacks, to the point that she would be unable to go to school. She started taking "Happy Camper," which is an herbal supplement we found at our local health food store. It helped her, but it could have been a placebo effect. Also, I don't know if you could mix it with anti-depressants, but…

You look great, but if you're a little uncomfortable about your tummy area, I have one word for you...SPANX! My daughter wore it to her prom, and it was just enough to up her confidence a little bit.

Dab a little bit of tea tree oil underneath (NOT IN!) your nostrils. That should be all you'll smell for a bit....

Is it a ski machine? Maybe log it as cross-country skiing?

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Sometimes, what you recognize as hunger pangs are actually your body telling you it needs fluids. Drink a full glass of water and wait 20 minutes. If you're still experiencing hunger pangs, go ahead and eat a little something.

Ding! Dong! The VOICE is dead!!! Way to go!

Until we can share, whichever one of you inputs the recipe needs to input the portions. First do the other person's portion, give them the calorie count to quick add, and then change the portion to what you actually ate. It's a pain, but it will work...and it's less of a pain than having to enter the recipe twice.

I don't leave my seven-year-old at parties alone, even when I know the parents. I figure the parents can always use an extra pair of eyes watching all the kids, and God forbid something happen to mine with me not there....

If you don't want to eat a lot of food, try eating foods that are more calorie dense. Maybe that will help you....

I work in a tobacco-free facility, and we are encouraged to approach people who are using tobacco products and ask them to stop...even if they are outside.

I doubt that any product will work if your skin problems are due to stress. Make sure you drink plenty of water. When you're feeling stressed, go for a walk and try to relax. Remember, things usually work out...maybe not a quickly as we'd like...but they work out....

Keep doing what you're doing and keep an eye on your sodium. Take your measurements. If after a month or so you don't see a difference in either the scale or in your measurements, go have your thyroid checked.

We don't have Crunch Time here, but Bee Knees is awesome!

Personally, I wasn't trying to be mean. I figure if he posted that, he posted it because he wanted to be told to get up and go. We all get the "i don't wannas" sometimes....

Can't you just run with the dog? Also, the longer you sit, the longer you will hurt. Get up, get those muscles warm, and MOVE! The soreness will pass quicker....

Don't go on a diet! Diets are doomed to fail, because they are temporary changes. Make small life style changes that you live with long term. Don't make any food off limits; just watch your portion sizes and your calories. Try to move more, even it that only means walking to the mail box right now. As you lose weight and…

I love the little message! I find it very motivational. It's like a fortune cookie fortune, without the calories, but with the possibility of being more accurate. ;)

If you have bad knees, try swimming. I have knee issues, too, but I've found that I can work out on a Tony Little Gazelle Fitness Flyer without too much trouble.... Good luck. You can do this...and in time for your birthday, too. :)

I weigh myself almost daily, first thing in the morning, but I only record on Wednesday. I use Wednesday because a couple of years ago, when I started this journey on April 1, that was a Wednesday.
