Me at 263 pounds and my hubby at 313 pounds. here I am at my current weight of 190. My goal is to get to 135...still have a ways to go but super happy with all the hard work so far. Great job everyone!!! Love all the pics! Oh, and the hubby is down to 179. There's a pic of him too. :) hubby

I really like dress #2! Very pretty. We got married on Oct. 27th, 2001 and I would have worn a black dress if that was even being explored back then. it's a fun idea to play with. :)

Hey girl! Don't give up. I was just like that. I did really well in the first few weeks and then nothing. It was a downer for sure but I just kept going with it and by the next week I'd lost another pound. Just stick with it and you'll see it come off. Don't give up! I need a partner!! ;) You can do this!

I log anytime I see a loss on the scale. If there's no loss...i don't log it. Keeps my self-esteem up that way. It's not cheating...you've lost that 1.8 pounds fair and square. Enjoy it!! :)

Just take on one project a month and you'll be done with things before you know it. Congrats!!!! Very happy for you both!

sometimes you just hit a wall. I was losing really well for about a month and a half and then all of a sudden I was stuck at 16 pounds lost for about 2 weeks. It was frustrating but you will eventually break through that wall. Sometimes you don't lose that 2 pounds a week...it's more like a half a pound or just one pound…

Love the 100 calorie pop corn snacks too! Also like: 8 oz. of V-8 Fusion Fiber One Bars Sweet-N-Salty Bars Apples Bananas or sometimes just a spoon of chunky peanut butter. Yum!
