I would say check your heart rate on your own. The old fashioned way by counting your heart beat and timing it and doing the math. This way you can see if your HRM is not working properly.

Honestly I have a Sportline S7 from walmart. It does not have the part that goes around your chest it is only the watch. It obviously is not 100% accurate but is very close. Also it only takes your information on age and gender not weight. So since I am overweight I burn MORE calories then it tells me which I dont complain…

My doctor informed me that I have the circles under my eyes because I have low iron. So I periodically take iron pills. Not all the time though because it does stuff you up :noway:

Working out does effect your cycles. It does it to me. When I stop working it its almost like my body completely changes but when I do work out it fluctuates. Doesnt hurt to get checked to make sure your workout isnt to much for your body but if its not causing you pain or effcting you badly then its not an emergency
