I started wogging today! (walk/jog). 2 years ago I was running 5Ks for fun. The last 2 years I've been injured off and on and various injuries. I miss the racing and am trying to get back to it!

Hi Pauline! I'm not over 50 but will be 50 this June. Feel free to add me. Sometimes I feel like I'm going through Menopause but am told it's Peri-M! It's a confusing time. I could use encouragement too! Sharon
