Thanks for those articles. I appreciate it. I just need to regroup and not look at this as a set back. I'm going to cut back on working out as much. Normally I wouldn't stress too much about weight but ten just seemed too much in such a short amount of time. Ten pounds in a month and half. Luckily, I am the same size, and don't feel like I look "bigger" so I will try to focus on that for right now.
