Make sure you are eating the least amount, for me it's 1200 calories a day. I get more if I exercise but dont "have" to consume it. If you dont eat the min calories your metabolism could slow down..

MS61840...This one is my favorite...the lemon really adds flavor & it keeps teh avocado from oxidizing. Fresh ground black pepper is also a good addition, add some garlic to give it some really good flavor & it's good for your heart.:happy:

I find it hard to to eat only 1200 calories a day, the good thing is that I've been burning from 500-1000 calories a day so I take full advantage of replacing those calories.
