Wow! I'm kind of freaking out that I'm still getting so many replies to this! I'm so happy that all of you have enjoyed this list, shared it with others, and used it for yourselves. Ahhhh! That's so exciting to me! And I LOVE all the new friend requests! Thanks so much everyone! This has SO made my week!

Thanks for the heads up. I think I'll try that then! It can't hurt!
-
You look amazing! Congratulations on getting healtheir and being able to be more active with your adorable daughter now!

I DID post it 2 days ago (actually more like a day ago...but whatever....lol) in motivation and support. I was told I should share it here, so I copied and pasted it :) And Thank you! :)

LOL! Sometimes, I like to think I'm clever ;) And I never heard the dumpster reference until recently, and I really LOVED it b/c it gave me such a great mental visual that was able to change the way I saw myself! Glad you got a little chuckle, and congratulations to you too! Your accomplishment is amazing!!

Thank you to everyone else that I haven't replied to individually for your kind comments! I appreciate it immensely!

Thank you so much! On those "bad days" trying to be kind to myself can be a BIG challenge! I am learning to stop those negative thoughts though, and I think this list will be a huge milestone to think about whenever I DO have those days! Especially seeing how many people have been able to be inspired by me turning my junky…

I couldn't agree more! Some of my worst influences have taught me my most valuable lessons!!! There are SO many things I can add to my list! Maybe I should just make some more for fun :)
-
Thank you, and congrats on your success also!!! I always talk to myself when my workouts are hard, and I want to stop. I always say things like, "Come on, Leanne. If you always give up when things start to get hard, you're never going to make progress!" It always helps me do that ONE extra pushup, burpee, plank twist...…

Thank you! I started to get really serious in early January, and shortly got back on mfp after that. I have been following my daily goals as religiously as possible, and have been working out 6 days a week. (And usually on my off day, I do something to get moving for fun too.)
-
Thank you everyone!
-
Well you are not alone! Try some positive self talk every day! It really helps! Changing our mental state of mind is not a fast or easy process.... just like weight loss. It takes practice and persistence! You can do it!
-
So I looked, and they won't publish anything if it's been posted anywhere else. (Even your own personal blog.) :( Oh well! Thanks for the idea though!
-
Thank you!!
-
Not IF YOU COULD! YOU CAN! :) YOU CAN, YOU CAN, YOU CAN! :) You've got this!

My comment about a glitter balloon ball drop was more of me trying to be whitty/funny than serious. (Assuming you're referring to that.) I didn't ACTUALLY expect that :) BUT a t.v. show would always be nice! As long as you don't have stage fright!
-
Absolutely! I am flattered!
-
Thanks! I will def look into that site!

Nice! I love it, and totally agree with rewarding the small victories! If you bash your own small accomplishments, you're not doing yourself any favors! I even just reward myself with positive self talk sometimes, and that is a HUGE deal to me! It's made a BIG difference for my state of mind :)

Thanks a ton to everyone for all of the great feedback! I'm so happy that my funk turned out to be a positive thing! When I look back at my life, I tend to find that some of the best things were results of some of my lowests points! Funny how life works like that!
-
^ That was one of my favorites too! When I thought of it I thought I felt like genius having an epiphany...haahaha
-
Thanks everyone! Dixiewhiskey- I have been working out 6 days a week, following my mfp daily goals, and religiously logging the best I can. Except water...I tend to forget to log it. I usually drink at least 4-5 bottles a day though. I try to do food prep every Sunday night so I have plenty of healthy food to pack as lunch…

Thanks to everyone for all of the kind words again! I am so humbled how sharing a list to get MYSELF out of a funk has been able to bring a little light to all of you! I hoped it would help others too, but never expected so many replies! Life is so unpredictable like that! I guess my mission for the day was a success! Good…

Im so happy you liked it! I was feelimg so depressed yesterday amd today and decided this morning that I was going to FORCE myself out of the funk. Comments like yours are totally what helped turn my day around! Thanks so much! I guess we never know how much sunshine we have to share. Even when we're feeling pretty dark! I…

So I can shamelessly post pictures of my tan bikini body on Facebook when I'm on vacation :)
-
So true for when I'm in a funk too! Nothing helps distract me more than not being able to catch my breath b/c my workout is so intense!
-
Thanks for all the kind responses everyone! Debbiedebbiey I just use the mfp calulator. Depending on how much activity I have for a day, is what I base my calories off of. Make sure you count EVERYTHING you eat too. Fruits, veggies, drinks... sometimes people don't count those, but they DO count. Otherwise, if you're doing…

I am SO glad I shared this. I think I needed it as much as everyone replying saying they needed it :) Happy Tuesday MFP friends!

I love hearing from other people that can relate. Do any of you make time for yourselves healthwise, or are you similar to me in the way of losing sight of yourselves? I found when the weather was nice in my area, that I enjoyed packing up my Grandpa's wheelchair in my trunk and taking him for walks on nature trails by my…

GleeDee, just make sure you do lots of homework on facilities in case you ever DO have to make the horrific decision to put her In a home. Medicare.gov has very thorough ratings of nursing facilities. In my area, they wouldn't take you if you didn't have $200, 000 in assets either. I never thought my Grandfather would go…
