@johngallardothat is why am asking this question, looking at other memebers views on this question. But I can tell you one thing, I am treated differently now that am "THIN" then when i was overweight....which can take us into another whole differenet direction on this conversation. :happy:

for me it took about 10 pounds before everyone noticed but mind you, I am short, 5'0, so I feel weight is more noticable on us short folks.

I only eat 1/2 my calories burn on my plan. I don't eat all the calories that I have earned. But when i was seeing an obesity doctor he told me I needed to play with the whole calorie aspect. If you account for the calories in your diary, I don't see why not. I feel we need to still enjoy our food and if a simple tablespoon @ 15 calories, zero fat, 3g carbs and 2g sugar, 280mg sodium, makes it taste better than go for it! Good luck on your journey! I understand the feeling. Overweight most my life also at first it was scary But I love being a size 4 now mind you I have never been this small. I also have a loving husband who loves me no matter what has been my biggest supporter. Am excited for you!!!!!
