@johngallardothat is why am asking this question, looking at other memebers views on this question. But I can tell you one thing, I am treated differently now that am "THIN" then when i was overweight....which can take us into another whole differenet direction on this conversation. :happy:

I only eat 1/2 my calories burn on my plan. I don't eat all the calories that I have earned. But when i was seeing an obesity doctor he told me I needed to play with the whole calorie aspect. If you account for the calories in your diary, I don't see why not. Good luck on your journey! I understand the feeling. Overweight most my life also at first it was scary But I love being a size 4 now mind you I have never been this small. I also have a loving husband who loves me no matter what has been my biggest supporter. Am excited for you!!!!!
