Ok....so I finely listen to folks and "eat" most of my calories that I have earned for the day. because before i would only eat 1200 calories no matter what, 1200 calories every day for 1yr and 9 months....lost 56 pounds. now I hate a huge plateau, so i decided to listen to what mfp tells me to eat...I did it for two days…

always cold
I have not been this small and lean since Jr high but since I drop this weight. So far 56 pounds. Am always freezing. I hate it I thought my body would adjust but no such luck being going on for about six months now. Am almost always have some form Oh jacket or sweater on while everyone else are ok or hot. Any ideas?

Ok so when I go my 60 min work out. I do 30-45 mins of cardio and then do about 25 mins of weights legs one day and arms one day and hit my abd everyday, so my question is why don't they count weight training in the calories out. I sweat my butt of when I do my weights. I am pretty sure the question has been asked before…
