I have a polar and I would say that maybe its because when your heart rate falls below the "Zone" . But mine does beep when I go above my zone also, so I know I need to slow down.

funny how we gain this weight over time, years.....but expect it to fall off instantly, fast......but this is the price we pay for our years of over indulgence. I weight myself daily. everytime I wake up, I call it my dry weight. This is what keeps me on track, focused and accountable on a daily basis.

yes forgot that also. But I do the plain greek god yogurt with a teaspoon of honey and stevia and a teaspoon of bare naked granola for a snack to keep under a 100 calories plus reduce the sugar

apples are my fav because it feels me up and last for me. but I have found those 35 calorie laughing cows and eat with a high grain cracker, the ones I eat are 3 crakers for 70 calories for a 105 calories a wonderful snack.

slow down and just keep moving. There is alot of folks in my class that can't dance but they just keep moving and still get a workout. its the atmosphere and music that makes it fun.....I LOVE ZUMBA

I work 12 hour night shifts. So I continue to keep myself my tracking for midnight to midnight. Its the only thing that seems to help me be successful. if is just a meal I say just plan to workout more over the next few days. For myself, I rarely have cheat meals. Now don't get me wrong, like for my birthday. I had a half piece of cheesecake but I planned for that dang cheesecake for a week. So I reduced my caloric intake all week long around 50 a day (350 for the week)…

I order off the a la carte and order a taco(hard shell) with every little meat and tell them to load the veggies, no sour cream and not guac. then I order a bean tostada also without sour cream and no guac. and load up on the salsa for flavor. That is what has worked for me.

I think you will be fine, this happen to me also when I had my gallbladder out and trust me my appetite returned!!!:happy:

apples, oranges, plain oatmeal(cook w/water), beef jerky, can of tuna(put mustard and salt and pepper in it when you open it), 90 calorie bread from sara lee, almonds, maybe 100 calorie snack packs. hope those ideas help
