Hey guys! So I have lost 54lbs and now I have hit a wall! I’ve heard good things about the Keto diet being the only thing to help burst through that wall! I have just completed day one... so here is to hoping!! Good luck everyone! X

I make awesome smoothies with my blender! But you cant really make juice with them :( Sucks but its really really difficult to separate the juice from the pulp! Thanks though :) x
