i wasn't sure where to Put this, so here seemed good lol
As a stay at home mum (or dad!) with a dog (a hefty beast that has at least an hour run a day!) what would you put your activity level as? I'm not sure if it's sedentary or lightly active or what?! :-/

I would think that its at least "lightly active". Depending on the age and number of children, it could also be "active".0

IMO - You can either put your activity level as lightly active and not log your exercises, or you can set it to sedentary and log your exercise.0
