I don't think its necessarily that bad, as long as you are eating foods that can sustain you throughout the day, like veggies, fruits and whole grains. I agree with listening to your body. If you are not hungry, don't force yourself.

I figured out how to see how much sugar you need in a day. You can also look at things like calcium and fiber. go to Home--> Settings --> My Diary Settings --> Track Nutrients

I mean ya never know. I heard that J.Hudson weighs 120 and she is 5'9. But she looks like she weighs more. People carry their weight so differently!

Oh and a size 27 is the equivalent of a size 4, because all my jeans are a 27. I'm 130 btw.

Your weight definitely DOES matter in terms of how many calories you burn during a workout. A heavier person doing the same exercise will burn more than someone that weighs 100lbs less. Personally I don't think the cardio machines are accurate in terms of calories burned. Also the heart rate monitor on every single machine…

I actually was put on metformin because I had acne. 500mg a day so its not anything big. You don't necessarily have to have pcos.

GOOD GREIF! thats crazy. How long did you do that for?? I seriously can't run more than 7.2. I usually keep it at 6.0 when running and 5.0 when jogging. I've been doing it for a couple years, too. I'm just not a runner haha, but I LOVE doing HIITS!

Enviro kids cereal is gluten free! yum and a delicious gluten free dessert are french macarones (not the coconut things). These are brightly colored and small. so delicious and less than 100 calories

Oh I forgot a good way to avoid eating it by the jarful instead of the tbsp-full. When you are doing with it put it in the freezer! Haha its extremely difficult to eat frozen peanut butter no matter how bad you want it. Take it out in the morning get your servings and then put it back in the freezer until the next day.…
