HELP! I need to cut down my minute-miles!
Does anyone have any tips for cutting down running time? My average minute mile is *REALLY* slow (about an 11.25m/m) regardless of the distance (3 miles or 11 miles--11 being the longest run I've done) In races I average about a 10.40m/m. Does anyone know about sugar alcohol? Is it better than eating something with processed sugar in it? I'm wondering because I'm eating something that has 11g of sugar alcohol and I logged it in my food diary and it came up as 0g of sugar. Just curious

Does the ad with the banana going bad on it, the one on the right side of the screen bother you? It talks about stomach fat and foods not to eat. I clicked on it and it looks sketch. It shows a banana turning black, are they trying to convince us that we shouldn't eat bananas. I'm confused, haha.

Help! blisters from running
When i jog/run i get serious blisters on my feet. THey always start right under my big toe and then go down farther when they get worse.
