I'm the same way and I dig Carnation instant breakfast powder. Mix packet with milk, done. It keeps me full til lunch. Theres no way I'm going to whip, blend stuff in the morning, easier the better.

I am a DDD and I wear a sports bra over a regular cotton bra. Sometimes I almost feel like a third would help. I have been running and it hurts my chest. I saw someone wearing double bras and tried it and it works!

Saute cube steak with onions and green peppers then throw in a can of crushed tomatos and cook for somewhere around 20 minutes. Season with whatever you desire then serve over rice. Easy and tastes wonderful.

I do a "cleanse" everyonce in awhile and I have never had more energy. I do Isagenix nutritional 9 day cleanse and the last time I did it (and I cheated a bit), I dropped 3 inches off my waist and 6 pounds.

As a heavy drinker, my only hope of no hangover is to drink a tremendous amount of water before bed and anytime I get up during the night. No food or pills can make it go away, but water flushes the system quickly.

I just started running last week at the gym on the treadmill. I walk and I alternated jogging/running at 5mph for a minute to two then walk for 5 mins. I just was able to do it for 5 mins. Seems like 50 minutes is awfully long to jog when starting out. I alternate running/jogging and walking every 5 minutes. In the end, I end up jogging for 20 minutes. Each week I add another 5 minutes.

I'm 5'7" and at my lowest adult weight, I was 140. People told me I was too thin. I didn't see it b/c I was just looking at numbers. When I got up to 150, the too thin comments stopped.
