  • My scale at home measures me at a higher percentage than the website.
  • 3x a week I do the Couch to 5 k about 20 minutes after I do the shred.
  • I agree with clioandboy and 00trayn. They don't really look like they have the support and durability you would need in a running shoe. In my opinion I don't think they would last very long and then you would end paying more in the end because you would need to buy another pair. Have you tried looking at zappos?

  • Thanks for all your support and suggestions! I've been sticking to yoga and low impact cardio. It's only been a week and there is a huge difference already in how it feels and the mobility it has. I haven't been to a doctor yet - I know - but I am out of province and will be back home soon.

  • I'm also new and appear to be in a similar state. I hate going to the gym so I'm going to try doing fitness videos at home. It's only been a few days, but I already feel like I have a better chance of sucess if I can do it in my living room. Best of luck!
