Hi All! Quick question.... I'm on my 2nd week of stage one now and I feel like these workouts are so short. It takes me 20-25 min to finish them. Needless to say I'm wiped out at the end. Is this a normal amount of time or am I going too fast/slow? Thanks Luanda

@ mnsmov15 Thanks so much for the welcome! ;-) my first day stage one workout A was Tuesday night. I basically used 5 and 10 lb weights to start off... All I have to say is OUCH!!!! Thankfully so joint or tendon pain but yesterday and today I have a serious case of DOMS. Nothing Motrin won't help, though. I'm glad I didn't…

I would love to start up again! I started this program in January but stopped before completing stage one. I got a little discouraged because I kept getting hurt.the tendonitis in my forearms and pain in my shoulder were too much. I think I bumped up the weights too fast. I do this too! I must say that I enjoy some of these paleo recipes and so does my family. We are all eating more veggies than ever. I have found that I don't want to completely cut out grains but if I eat too many grains I get sluggish and bloated.

Hi all! Hope it's not too late to join. I just found u guys! I'm training for my 2nd 5k in May. (The first one was in 2012 so I'm out of shape again). March 1st I ran about 2 miles in the c25k program. Going to run again today and I'm looking forward to it.

I have two dogs that need walking, one being a 4 month all lab with lots of energy. If he doesn't get out for a bit and let loose some energy he makes everyone in the house crazy. So that is how I've spent more time than I usually would outdoors this winter. lol
