  • I second this book...It is amazing! The author is Shanti Feldhahn. my husband really responds when I am grateful for all of his hard work. I got up an hour before he was supposed to go to work the other day and made breakfast, he literally thanked me for it 10 times throughout the day.

  • I generally avoid restaurants that aren't chain because I know that I can find the calorie info for most chain restaurants here, even small ones. If it isn't chain, I'll try to find a similar food from a chain restaurant to add in it's place.
  • Yes, it is convenient in some instances, but I only buy it for long car trips. My trusty green walmart sippy bottle is always by my side. Love the huge size of it too!
