Oh wow! They are tiny! My shih tzu is about 1.5 feet long. I'd say take them out on short runs first, and see how they react. Do they look exhausted? Then gradually increase the distance.

Thanks guys!

I have a shih tzu, and used to have a poodle. The poodle totally could have ran with me, but the shih tzu can only do short distances (like a sprint for 1 minute at most). Those little short legs and the long body just aren't made to run far, I think!

- bandana - make-up remover wipes - deodorant for after the gym - lock & key I don't shower at the gym, so this is all I need besides my gym clothes and sneakers.

My boobs are always the first thing to lose, or gain weight. I really like the way they look as I get closer to my goal weight. They're smaller but perkier!

I'm 28. I've had a few long-term relationships (3+ years). Ended well for both parties on both occasions - it just didn't work.
-
6 months.

No, absolutely not. It's fine if you disagree - in fact I expected 95% of people to respond to disagree! But there's one thing to give advice and disagree, and another thing to call me a homewrecker and various forms of tramp.

Can't believe the quick judgement being passed here by many. You guys don't know me, or him, OR the entire story, yet you feel like it's okay to call us slurs and judge our whole relationship? Thanks to the mature people in here who are giving their input but aren't jumping to conclusions.
-
How's that? I didn't lay out the details about how I feel about him. Didn't elaborate. So how can you judge this?
-
Thanks for all of the responses. Some are a little harsh, but totally expected. For the record: I haven't tried anything with him out of respect for his fiance. Also, to the person who said he made his choice by asking her to marry him, not me, well I met him after he was engaged so how does that work? Do people not think…

I take it for overall health. Love it!
-
Yeah it's super healthy! I feel great when I have it. Taste is okay. I recommend making a smoothie with it, not just mixing it with water or milk of choice.
-
Yes, both are meal replacements (as long as you get the Garden of Life RAW Meal, not just the protein powder). I love the RAW Meal and also their RAW Protein! Great quality, great ingredients... Flavor is not as good as Shakeology but I mix mine with tasty things, and make delicious chocolate peanut butter banana smoothies…

There was a time before cell phones, and everyone was fine with not being able to reach someone for an hour and a half to two hours...
-
Agreed. If you're a doctor or another person that needs their phone on them at all times, then just exit the movie theater to check your phone. It isn't that difficult!
-
There is pretty much nothing else that gets under my skin as badly as someone texting or looking at their phone while I'm trying to watch a movie. I work in the film industry and that is my escape. When I shell out $15 for a movie ticket I expect it to be quiet in the movies (unless people are laughing at a funny moment,…

A few pieces of chocolate as a snack during the day is what I do when I'm a few hundred cals short for the day! Or I'll have a beer or a glass of wine... Cheese is great too, however once I get the cheese out I can't stop, so I try to limit how much cheese I have.

I weigh daily, just to keep myself on track. But I don't obsess over the number on the scale.
-
I put Cajun seasoning on my steamed veggies, pretty much always! And anything else that needs a little salty kick. Not a spice, but I sprinkle sesame seeds on a lot of things too.

Well any little thing you can do is a step in the right direction, so focus on the small steps you can do everyday to increase your activity level and healthy eating. :flowerforyou:

I had a look at a couple of days in your diary, and it might be that you're not having enough fiber? You don't track that so I can't see how much you're getting, but the foods you're eating don't have a lot. That could be the culprit.
-
I'm sorry but saying "I'd get lost along the routes" is a really really poor excuse. You could always test out the routes on a weekend when you don't have to worry about getting lost, since you won't be under a time crunch. Do you have a phone that you can load maps up on? Or bring an old fashioned map with you in case you…

A couple of things that come to my mind for what it could possibly be: - not enough water during the day, or even not enough yesterday - it's possible that you are getting sick, and your body reacting this way is the first sign
-
Some ideas: - kitchen gadgets - do you have a good blender? I treated myself to a Vitamix 2 years ago after I had lost 30 lbs. - a going-out-on-the-town outfit - healthy recipe book - splurge on that expensive protein powder or pre-workout supplement you've wanted but was a little too $$$, and more of a treat

I am in! I am: 28 years old Current: 160 lbs Goal: 120 lbs Height: 5'4 Goal weight loss for this week: 0.5-1.0lbs Exercise goal for this week: Workout at least 4x this week

Change your activity level, which will change your calories, but don't log it as exercise.

I've tried Shakeology once, because a friend of mine bought it and gave me a sample pack of the chocolate flavor. It tastes good, but at $100 for a container, it's a HUGE waste of money in my opinion! Garden of Life makes a RAW Meal Replacement powder which doesn't taste as good as Shakeology, but pretty much has the same…

I feel comfortable in a bikini at anything lower than 145 lbs. I felt most comfortable when I was 130, though!

When I first started eating healthy, I also didn't like vegetables either. In fact as a kid and teenager, I barely ate any vegetables or fresh fruit. When I became committed to my health I knew that I had to force myself to eat them to be healthier. At first, it was tough, but then my palette changed and now I LOVE fresh…
