i have a earthchef pan, it works lovely. bought it to replace my teflon pan. I still add oil when needed but i have had it for over 2 years and havnt scratched it up yet.

I did it 2 years ago with great results. I might do it debating on this or the brazil butt lift. but i am out of shape big time i just hope i can finish it.

I just ate clean and didnt really exercise much, just played with the baby and dropped 1 lb a week. I gained 65lb and lost 8lbs

I have stretch marks everywhere. They have all faded now though, i got them when i was pregnant and gained 65lbs in a short amount of time. I dont wear belly shirts anymore but i do wear bikinis. Cellulite is more of my concern.

I get in that mode and it is an addiction for sure. It is all in your head and if you can do something to distract you, to possibly fill that void with somethign else, like a hobby or do some exersice. You can break it. Depends on my mood. lol I just had a peanut butter cup and a Mocha and i am GOOD! I just got my caffine, chocolate, sweets and peanut butter cravings out of the way lol

I have a lot of workout dvd programs. I like to do the shorter ones that are under 30 minutes. if i dont i have zumba on wii and Just dance to get some cardio in. I need to write up a schedule so i can follow it cause i am lazy lol

For my body and with the same workout, 1200 calories a day 2 lbs a month, 1450 calories a day, at least 1 lb a week.

do hot yoga, i wasnt even trying to lose weight anymore and i dropped 1 or 2 lbs a class,I only went twice a week though but it helped me drop the last 5 lbs.

What other goals do you have for yourself beside the numbers on the scale? I hate the scale and do mini goals to get me in the right direction.
