i stress eat, so i will eat good all day and then pull out a second dinner at night or something bad in the last 3 hours before i go to sleep. I stay up late.

im 5'8" highest weight was 215lb lowest weight was 121lb Ive lost and gained my fair share of weight. Im currently at 164lb and feeling ok I want to lose 20lbs and get stronger.

you are not doing your body any favours eating like that. eat more meat and fresh raw veggies. skip the sweets. and have a tasty fruit. no offence you are not going to be able to maintain the weight loss if you dont train yourself to eat the better choices.

you should do cardio for your health. Some of the biggest dudes i know are strong but have not stamina. Zombie food as they say.

Try to avoid eating before sleeping, give yourself at least 3 hours to digest, the more hours the better. drink lots of water. try having your largest meal when you wake up or at lunch and smallest for your last meal. Add a walk each day to whatever you are doing for exercise. Maybe the walking will turn to jogging. :)

what i did was play/exercise with the baby used the baby as resistance and when the baby starts eating real food i would eat a clean diet as well and feed them the same foods. I went for lots of stroller walks too. I did breast feed though and that really helped dropping the weight. they say it burns 500 calories so just…

we would make eye contact, look down at what the other person is eating, mine would be a donut. Then we would eat avoiding looking at each other and feeling guilty. Good times!

Me too!. In 2011 i was here lost 25lbs then life happened and now im back looking to lose 20 or 30lbs again. Its just hard to get started mentally for me.
