I have it hardly use it. I dont like how i have to take 1 to 2 minute to adjust the entire machine to do the next exercise. brazil butt lift hurts! lol Ripped in 30 and 30 day shred are good to mix up, i just gott he jillian micheals revolution. i havnt stated it though. it is 2 workouts in one day 5 or 6 days a week and 90 days for the program.

The calories to saturated fats ratio in it is that bad thing about it.

Great bra to hold keep them in one place while exercising, chest exercises, and there are also thermage laser which tightens the skin and dermaroller. i havnt tried either but i have looked into it all. these are also good for stretch marks.

what is funny about this diet is i eat like this. I make soup or stew and will eat it for lunch and dinner the next couple of days. I dont drop 10lbs fromt that though. I might try out this soup just as another meal idea. :)

I have it, did two workouts and couldnt move for 3 days. lol I really want to get into it again. I am just terrible at cardio.

You need to eat more. :) I was losing weight and then it just stopped. I ended up switching my calories to 1500 or more a day and i was actually exercising less and i started dropping the weight. Good times...

I used 5lb weights. My results were 2.5lbs lost, lots of inches lost, i gained muscle it is a great program. The before and after pics of me looked like a lost 10 or more lbs.

I agree 30 day shred is good. YOU use hand weights and do a bit of everything.

If you were stretching those clothes out to the max when you were larger they weren't your size to start with. This is a good thing, it save you money right now. :) I still wear some of the same pants that i wore 22 lbs ago, i just have a saggy butt. lol

Roast your own meat ( chicken, beef) for dinner and put it on you sandwich the next couple of days. :)

I have them everywhere. Mine have faded over time and i only wear a bikini in the summer. No one is perfect, I dont care about them anymore.

You can test out your body to see how it adjusts. I personally wouldnt go under 800 cals net. and that is if you are burning over 1000 calories a day.

I never did. I went off because of the environmental factor. Our waters have traces of the hormones that are being flushed out with every flush causing fish and other animals to become female and who knows what it s doing to male human fetus and children who are in contact with this. You can do it. Just have a meat option for the non vegans. And maybe start out with 2 meals a week that are vegan and then slowly add another each week, turn them without them knowing. lol j/k Find lots of tasty stuff online that your family will enjoy and good luck.
