I have the same problem, however I do strength training as well as lots of cardio. And eat pretty well. Since I can't get rid of this bulge I know something is wrong, why should we not over do it on the cardio? Help!

In the class I go to you do not need to bring equipment. If you have done kickboxing it is similar, just faster. As a beginner it just might take you a couple classes to get used to the steps involved. I LOVE it!
